"Everything from booking through to the trip itself went smoothly and we had a five-star experience overall. The Concierge service was excellent in Australia and, when there was a problem with the Yarra Valley tour, Rachel handled it quickly and efficiently. There were so many memorable moments, but the flight in the Bay of Islands and kayaking on Lake Taupo were both particular highlights of the trip."
