During the half day class you'll start by picking fresh herbs in the organic gardens, before the dada shows you how to make Moroccan flat bread in the traditional wood-fired oven. Then, it's time to get down to business and make your own traditional Moroccan dishes. Finish the morning by enjoying the fruits of your labour with a delicious group lunch.
