Your stay takes place in a luxurious resort, where a collection of private villas (and their adjoining pools) look out over the sparkling ocean. Taking inspiration from traditional Indian holistic thinking, the name of the game here is health and happiness: think delicious food in the beachfront restaurant, restorative treatments in the luxurious spa and simply sitting back and taking in your serene surroundings.

Your itinerary

Wellness is front and centre here, so we’ll arrange a relaxing treatment in the hotel’s traditional spa. During this renewing ritual, skilled masseuses will help alleviate stress and release tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world (or the beach).

Wellness isn’t just about external factors, though; it’s also about what you put in your body. Each morning and evening, you’ll be treated to a nourishing (and delicious) breakfast and dinner, served in the privacy of your villa or on the serene shores of the Indian Ocean. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a cooking class with one of the hotel’s chefs – followed by a tasting, of course.

If you’d like to head further afield, we can also arrange boat and windsurfing trips. Divers can go one step further and plunge under the surface, looking out for lionfish, angelfish and barracudas gliding over the colourful reefs.

Back on dry land, swap sandals for shoes as you set off on a peaceful walk through the Black River Gorges National Park, looking (and listening) out for endemic bird life. You could also visit Chamarel Seven Coloured Earth Geopark, home to volcanic ash dunes, crashing waterfalls and sparkling rivers, or swap beachfront bliss for city streets in the island’s captivating capital, Port Louis.
