Lake Louise Holidays

If you’re planning a trip to Banff National Park, you simply have to plan a stop at Lake Louise. This tiny, turqoise lake - fed by glaciers, and surrounded by steep snow-capped peaks - is one of the iconic sights of the Canadian Rockies. Though the little lake is just over a mile wide, the mountains around it are mighty, with Mount Victoria rising to over 11,000ft. No surprise, then, that Lake Louise holidays mean spectacular skiing in the winter and glorious hiking in the summer, whether around the celebrated lake or up into the mountains above.
