Enjoy five days in Finnish Lapland experiencing this beautiful winter wonderland in real luxury.
Your direct flight from London to Rovaniemi leaves in the early morning and lands three-and-a-half hours later.
Once you have picked up your bags, one of our team on the ground will meet you for the two-hour private transfer deep into Finnish Lapland. Once you have arrived at your hotel - where a cosy fire will be blazing in the grate - you will have plenty of time for a long lunch before spending the rest of the day settling in.
Bright and early this morning you will head off on your first adventure. After a short lesson in the basics of mushing, you will be kitted out in thermal clothes before setting off.
Sharing a sled, you will head into the untouched snow of the Finnish wilderness. As you get to grips with steering and braking you will glide gracefully through the snow for a few hours - punctuated by a short snack break for both you and the dogs.
This evening, you will head back out into the wilderness on foot to hunt out the Northern Lights with an expert photographer guide. Your guide will show you how to photograph the night sky, and the aurora borealis (fingers firmly crossed), to get that perfect Instabrag shot.
This morning you will be privately transferred to an ice race track for a full day learning the skills needed to drive supercars on ice.
After a safety briefing you will head out onto the ice with an instructor, where you will learn how to drive like a pro. As you get to grips (pun intended) with the car and ice, you will gradually build up speed before you take on a rally driving course, with an instructor sat next to you at all times.
Today you will take a reindeer pulled sleigh (complete with many furry blankets!) to a traditional Sami village to experience the lives of the people who have called the area home for the past 5,000 years.
As you enjoy lunch around the fire, your Sami hosts will tell you stories that have been passed down the generations for millennia, and how their way of life has changed very little over that time. After lunch, you will head back to your hotel in the sleigh.
Today you will be privately transferred back to the airport in good time to check in for your late morning flight home, which will land back in London around lunchtime.
