Tuck into a bountiful breakfast this morning before hopping aboard a boat and sailing to the floating village of Prek Toal. Perched above a lake on a series of stilts, Prek Toal is the gateway to the Tonle Sap Biosphere Reserve.
Accompanied by a private guide, pull into the bank to explore on foot. Here, you’ll likely spot local fishermen casting lines, craftsmen tending their stalls and children running around in school uniforms.

Bid the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap a fond farewell this morning as you prepare to transfer to the airport for your one-hour-and-15-minute flight to Sihanoukville, Cambodia’s cool coastal hub.
When you land, you’ll be privately transferred to the island of Koh Russey, a 15-minute boat ride away. Having pulled up to the shore, head to your next seriously scenic hotel and check in for the final three nights of your trip. This calls for a celebratory drink, don’t you think?
The next few days are yours to soak up the remote radiance of Koh Russey – also known as Bamboo Island. This scenic spot offers plenty more than the simple pleasures of sunbathing, s o when you're not cultivating an enviable tan and sending photos of umbrella-topped cocktails to friends back home, dial up the adrenaline with some active adventures.
The reefs around Koh Russey are stellar for snorkelling. Don a pair of goggles and dive in to search for (deep breath) damselfish, seahorses, parrotfish, blue-spotted stingrays, red mullets, starfish and so much more.
Back on dry land, trek through the jungle to see scarlet-backed flowerpeckers, fairy-bluebirds, white-rumped shama and oriental pied hornbills, or trade two legs for two wheels and hop on a bike to pedal through the lush landscape.
You could also take a boat out to Krong Kep, a coastal city famed for its French colonial villages, quiet sandy beaches and fresh blue crab. Order up a portion, crunch some Kampot pepper over it and tuck in.
Sadly, like all great adventures, your time in Southeast Asia comes to an end today. Savour island life with one last fabulously fresh breakfast this morning before catching a boat back to Sihanoukville. From here, you'll be privately transferred to Phnom Penh, where you'll hop on a flight home via Singapore.
