Sisters in arms, the Eric and Letty duo cruise the Galapagos together.
Ollie is here to help give you the inside track.
Each boat can accommodate 20 guests, with the cabins spread out across three decks. The cabins are decked out with polished teak interiors, have private bathrooms and air conditioning. Both boats are identical, and guests are allocated to one of the two a few weeks prior to departure in order to group similar souls together - not a match making process, but this ensures honeymooners are not with large families, and vice versa.
Two guides on each ensures personalised service while on shore. Excursions include hiking ancient lava fields while looking out for reptiles such as the giant Galapagos tortoise and birds such as the blue footed boobie and vast Waved Albatross. The guides will be able to point out the various species on land and off, and take guests snorkelling, scuba diving and kayaking.
Both boats serve delicious food in between excursions, and the sun decks are the best place for whale and dolphin spotting. When all of the fresh air gets too much, there is a sitting area inside as well as the dining room and well stocked bar where guests can kick back and relax.
