A beautiful colonial-style private hire property combining hugely comfortable accommodation, a pool and a beachfront position.
Just a few minutes walk from the lovely town of Paraty with its bars, restaurants and little shops, the colonial architecture of the house is perfectly in keeping with its environs and a large, secure garden coupled with the good size pool means the house is ideal for families with children of all ages. The main house consists of three double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a study. The guest house has one large air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom, and a sitting room with a double sofa bed, second bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The guest house's terrace leads out onto the pool area. The kitchen in the main house is large and well equipped, the dining room can easily sit 10 and the sitting room is spacious and comfortable. There is a terrace which extends the length of the house which is primarily used for meals and there are hammocks and big armchairs for lounging (with overhead fans for hot days). The sea at the small private beach is ideal for swimming, as it is very shallow. There are two kayaks available to explore the island opposite the house, or for fishing, and at low tide the beach is perfect for collecting clams. Boat trips, both speed boat and yachts are available for rent by the day or for your whole stay and fishing trips are easily arranged locally. Rental of Casarao Amarelo includes a local cook, house keeper/maid service, maintenance man, a welcome hamper (fruit, drinks, essentials for a first meal/snack on arrival, caipirinhas, beer, juices, coconuts and soft drinks), and the services of an English speaking concierge for up to 4 hours each day.
