Itinerary Highlights

  • Bangkok - 3 days
The city's capital is a vibrant metropolis of markets, street food, noise and bright lights. A small retreat that provides a peaceful oasis away from this hustle and bustle is The Siam; antique, chic and boutique, the owners have crafted a masterpiece of villas and plunge pools to entice the hardiest of explorers to put their feet up after a long day in the city. Right on the doorstep are the Grand Palace, 150 foot long reclining Buddha, Soi Rambutti market area, as well as long tail boat rides on the Chao Phraya River. For a chance to really soak in the sprawling size of Bangkok as the sun sets, a cocktail in one of the cities sky bars is a great way to round off the day.

  • Chiang Mai - 3 days
Head north and catch your breath, exploring the town of Chiang Mai, and its scenic surrounds. Although translated literally as 'New City', Chiang Mai is in fact over 700 years old, and home to the cultural capital and centre of Buddhism in Thailand. Spend days exploring beautiful temples and pagodas, trekking through the rainforest, learning the art of thai cookery, and visiting local ethnic minority villages. Tamarind Village hotel is in the heart of the Old City - a perfect spot from which to wander to the night bazaar and barter for gifts. The spa menu at Tamarind Village also provides plenty of options for a relaxing retreat after a full day exploring the countryside and villages.

  • Koh Samui - 5 days
A trip to the east coast of Thailand to recline in the lap of luxury is the perfect way to round off a trip to Thailand. What better way to spend the last few days than in Six Senses Samui, overlooking the glistening ocean from private villas that are nestled within lush vegetation. Renowned for some of the best food in Koh Samui, Six Senses has a mouth-watering array of Thai and International cuisine to tickle even the most critical of taste buds. Not only that, but Dining on the Rocks restaurant even has a 270 degree view from its headland location.

A rough idea of price

A similar itinerary would cost in the region of £4,180 per person which includes all flights, hotels, transfers and organised trips.

A note about prices

Prices are generally for private arrangements using economy flights based on two people travelling together and sharing a room.
