The hotel's original 17th century building has been meticulously restored and incorporates an atrium patio, Roman marble columns and original carved wooden beams, with the bedrooms situated around the galleries of the central courtyard.
The owners have now bought the building opposite and doubled the number of rooms to 12, with an additional penthouse suite.
Each room comes with a state of the art sound and vision system, and the limestone and marble bathrooms have walk-in rain showers or baths.
A roof-top garden and plunge pool provide a refreshing chill-out area, with great views of the cathedral and Giralda. The hotel also houses an art gallery and a vibrant bar and restaurant. Private dining is offered in the roof garden or in the vaulted cellars, which were discovered during restoration. Other facilities include massage and beauty treatments and a DVD library.
The hotel is owned by the same family as the beautiful Hacienda San Rafael in rural Andalucia, and offers boutique luxury just five minutes' walk from Seville's cathedral.
