Situated in the heart of the former Jewish quarter of Santa Cruz, Casa Nº 7 is an award-winning boutique hotel of historic character and refined simplicity.
With just six rooms, the hotel has the intimacy and relaxed atmosphere of a private home. The rooms are arranged around a small inner courtyard, typical of Seville, and each is individually decorated. The absence of televisions and radios helps Casa Nº 7 to remain a peaceful oasis within the bustling centre of Andalucia's capital.
On the main floor is a drawing-room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and an honesty bar with a selection of sherries and wines. There is no restaurant, but a delicious breakfast is served each morning, and there are plenty of restaurants and tapas bars in the immediate neighbourhood. Also within easy walking distance are the cathedral and good shopping areas.
Originally built in 1847 as a private residence, the listed building is owned by a member of the Gonzalez-Byass sherry family and opened as a hotel after a four-year restoration.
