Nikki Beach Porto Heli

Nikki Beach was, until recently, purely associated with trendy beach clubs, but with the opening of the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli, the brand made the logical next step into hotels. Nikki Beach Porto Heli is now the only 5* boutique property on the waterfront in Porto Heli, the summer haunt for Greek jetsetters, many of whom park their megayachts in the harbour in front of the hotel.

Kate L and Molly are here to help give you the inside track.

Originally a 1970's hotel, Nikki Beach Porto Heli underwent extensive renovations before re-opening in July 2014 as a supercool destination hotel in Nikki Beach's signature white with just 66 bedrooms and suites, two restaurants, a beach club (naturally) and spa. All the rooms look directly out over the waters of Porto Heli Bay and have decent sized bathrooms, while the suites all have their own spacious terraces.

Elsewhere, Café Nikki is the place to enjoy all-day dining, with the emphasis on Greek classics, sushi and dishes from the other destinations around the world where Nikki Beach has a presence. Meanwhile the Pearl Rooftop restaurant specialises in pan-Asian cuisine and the neighbouring Roof Top Bar is the place to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the sun setting across the bay. Food is also served at the fun beach club, where guests and others can enjoy days in the sun, cocktail and canapes in hand while listening to the DJ playing beach beats.

For the perfect post-party recovery programme, head to the Nikki Spa. Guests can choose from a collection of luxurious and therapeutic ESPA treatments and products that combine the best of traditional and modern therapies. Enjoy a treatment in the spa, in one of our beach cabanas, or in the privacy of your room. More active pursuits on offer include windsurfing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, kite surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding and sailing, all of which can be arranged by the Nikki Beach concierge.

Why we love it

Image of Kate Little

Porto Heli is one of the most desriable locations on the Greek Riveria, the Nikki Beach Resort has spectacular views over the waterfront. The rooftop bar and restaurant make the most of the hotel's picturesque position, and watching the sunset over the water while sipping a refreshing glass of champagne, is the perfect way to end a leisurely day.
