Originally an 18th century coral warehouse and sugar mill, the property has been transformed and completely renovated into one of the most luxurious hotels in the Caribbean.

Activities at Cotton House include a variety of watersports, including scuba diving from the PADI dive centre on Endeavour Bay. The Endeavour Bay beach is just steps away from any of the rooms, and is fully serviced to hotel guests - staff are on hand to bring beach towels and refreshing drinks.

Bequia Beach Hotel
This boutique hotel is inspired by Oliver Messel's stylish villas in Mustique - just nine miles west of Bequia - and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, it combines luxury, elegance and lashings of Caribbean charm.
Located on Friendship Beach (aptly named because of the friendly nature of the island's inhabitants), many of the 43 rooms, suites and villas benefit from spectacular views across the Caribbean Sea to Mustique. They all have covered terraces from which to enjoy the views.
There is a choice of two restaurants, both in stunning locations with delicious food, and using locally sourced ingredients - Blue Tropic is surrounded by lush gardens and swaying palm trees, and Bagatelle's open beachside veranda allows guests to soak in the views.
Facilities include a spa, gym and two swimming pools. The relatively undiscovered island of Bequia has plenty to keep guests occupied, with local restaurants, hidden coves, and fantastic snorkelling and diving.

The Frangipani
The Frangipani started life as the home of a 19th century sea-captain, and overlooks the island's historic harbour, Admiralty Bay.
There are three different room types, ranging from luxury suites in the tropical gardens to the original five rooms in the main house which, although simpler in style, encapsulate the authentic Caribbean flavour of the house.
The 'Frangi' Bar is the most talked about watering-hole on the island, serving up amazing sun-downers on the beachfront. The restaurant is equally notable - fresh fish and home-grown vegetables and fruit are central to the Creole-Caribbean dishes.
There is plenty to do on and off Bequia, from snorkelling and diving to tennis and sailing. The small town of Port Elizabeth is a hub of local activity, with restaurants and markets, and is perfect for just wandering around. The island is also renowned for its slow pace, so soak up the atmosphere and sun on the beach with a good book - we won't judge.
