‘Outstanding! We had an excellent 4 days in St Petersburg, The Astoria was enjoyable, good service, good food and they looked after us.

Having a driver and guide is indispensable to really appreciate the city, our guide Maria Hilkova was exceptional. You probably already know she is a history graduate from St Petersberg University, so well versed in local and European history, she also descends from one of the prominent pre-revolutionary families so was passionate about her subject.
