Cairo and the Pyramids

‘The holiday was great.

The Oberoi at Sahl Hasheesh, especially the individual villas, pool and private beach areas, were really well set-up for a relaxing break. The in-house dive centre and dive areas right off the hotel’s jetty were great in every respect from the staff through to the equipment and diving itself. The only negative about the hotel would be that the gym was too small.

As for Cairo, the location of the Mena House was great for a short stay as it is right next to the pyramids and away from the hussle and bussle of down town. The day trip was awesome - took in everything that I’d wanted to see and the guide was lovely. I also think the break-down of time was good, two nights in cairo being just enough.
