In the heart of the 165,000 acre and malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve, Tuningi Safari Lodge offers luxury in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Tuningi consists of a main lodge with both interior and exterior sitting rooms, a dining room and bar with a panoramic viewing deck and infinity pool overlooking a waterhole. Tuningi is one of the very few 5-star lodges in South Africa that welcomes children so alongside the five luxury double bedrooms there is a family villa made up of two bedrooms and a sitting room, kitchenette and dining area.
Game-viewing is the main activity on offer with regular sightings of lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. As well as the 'Big Five' there is also extensive plains game and over 340 species of birds to attract your attention.
