Selinda Canoe Trail

The Selinda Canoe Trail offers one of the rarest experiences in Africa. This canoe adventure of 4 day / 3 nights is the highlight for any true African adventurer and outdoor enthusiast.

The Selinda Canoe Trail runs from late May to early October, with guaranteed weekly departures of a maximum of eight guests (minimum two guests) with an experienced guide. Canoeists paddle in sturdy Canadian canoes, stopping along the river bank to discover the wildlife on impromptu walks.

Each evening is spent under the stars on one of the Spillway’s islands, at a camp prepared and hosted by the staff. Meals are cooked and served around the camp fire.

At the end of the Canoe Trail, you may want to extend your stay at either Zarafa or Selinda Camp, providing the opportunity to explore even more of the captivating Selinda Reserve.
