Best moments
I am from Sri Lanka, so I might be biased, but climbing Sigiriya is the most amazing experience I have had in my life and it is still one of my favourite places on earth. It's magnificent and overlooks the green jungle and amazing water garden. I struggled to leave even though I was there the whole day. Cycling around old cobbled streets in Seville by electric bikes was also pretty incredible, we were on a treasure hunt which was even more exhilarating because of the electric bikes and the wind through our hair - I love electric bikes, they make you feel like you're speeding around with minimal effort! The rest of Seville was also spectacular, enjoying Flamenco dancing, hiking through the Sierras, bull fighting and eating lots and lots of Jamon. Can't wait for another excuse to go back.
Best avoided
In Yala National Park in Sri Lanka our truck was chased by a wild elephant which was definitely my scariest moment. But on a more practical level, after struggling to squeeze my luggage into the size limit at Seville airport I vowed not to get so carried away in the shops when travelling next time!
