Standing in the shadow of the Pyramids at Giza and gazing up never fails to inspire awe and wonderment.
Amelia, Original Traveller
Still one of the classic holiday destinations, Egypt is a long-standing Original Travel favourite. Cairo may be a little on the hectic side, but with good hotels and the Pyramids of Giza, it is well worth exploration. We have access to expert guides who, while taking you on a tour of the Pyramids, will explain the mysteries and construction of the last remaining ancient wonder of the world.
Amelia is here to help give you the inside track.

Luxury Holidays to the Pyramids of Giza and the Red Sea
A stay in Cairo can be hectic, but the Pyramids of Giza do make it worthwhile, however a picnic lunch on a felucca traditional wooden sailing boat, drifting down the Nile is the perfect way to escape the chaos.
Head to the Red Sea coast at Sharm el Sheikh or Hurghada for all but guaranteed sunshine and superb diving on the wrecks and reefs. Stay in one of the best five star hotels, all of which we have visited, or extend the diving possibilities by staying on a luxurious 80-foot liveaboard boat, diving some of the Red Sea's more remote sites.
Red Sea diving offers a range of possibilities - shallow coral gardens, historic wrecks and steep drop-offs. The warm waters around the living reefs are teeming with marine life and there is such abundant diving in the Red Sea that no dive sites need ever be repeated in one stay. We can arrange all your diving needs in advance, from PADI courses and certification to liveaboard trips.
