Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea
All rooms and suites face the Dead Sea and have a spacious outdoor balcony, terrace or veranda.
They are divided between the main hotel, which is housed in a stylish Arabesque building, and the Ishtar Villas – a boutique resort offering a more luxurious stay. The resort is set in gardens dotted with lagoons, waterfalls, olive trees and bamboo palms. The centrepiece is the Anantara Spa, one of the leading spas in the Middle East, which offers a variety of treatments using the mineral-loaded Dead Sea water and mud, as well as Ayurvedic therapies, a hammam and an ice cave. Other facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, a tennis court, cinema, bowling alley and a kids’ club. The resort has nine freshwater pools, including two secluded pools, one kids’ pool and a ‘lazy river’. On the beach there are private tented pergolas fitted with individual music systems where you can relax with an iced drink and enjoy the beautiful views of the Dead Sea.
