Southern Brazil
Brazil
The Southern coast of Brazil has an abundance of white sand beaches and emerald seas, encased by endless green mountains and lush forestry. With 560km of beaches in Santa Caterina alone, the area boasts spectacular surfing.
Even though surfing is a major draw for visitors to Brazil, it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. The diverse landscape of the south allows for a multitude of other activities, including hiking in the cooler Serra Geral Mountains, diving, fishing, sailing and paragliding. On the other hand, it is the perfect place to do absolutely nothing except soak up the rays and relax.
We have handpicked our favourite hotels to ensure that all of the above is possible, as well as having a few restaurants up our sleeve that we know serve some of the best seafood around.
The added bonus of the South is that the climate is consistent throughout the seasons. October to March is the best time to visit, with glorious sunshine, however whale watching is possible from July to November.

Great to have found a small company that values the customer, and is prepared to invest in building relationships, and does not succumb to mass tourism.
