| DAY 1 | Arrive Tenerife South airport> Met on arrival and transferred to the Abama hotel> Rest of afternoon at leisure |
| DAY 2 | Day to chill in the hotels pools or on the private sandy beach> Have a golf lesson at the hotel’s 18 hole golf course > Dinner and overnight at the Abama |
| DAY 3 | Day trip to Teide National Park> Take in the fantastic lunar landscape and if climb right to the top of the volcano if you’re feeling active….if not there is a cable cart three quarters of the way!> overnight Abama (NB Limited passes for access to the summit and these must be booked in advance) |
| DAY 4 | Morning yoga lesson, lunch in the spa’s healthy restaurant and afternoon chilling in the hotels fantastic spa while the children have fun in the kids club |
| DAY 5 | Hire a car to explore some more of the island> dinner and overnight at the Abama |
| DAY 6 | Return flight back to the UK |
