Santorini Grace
The ultra luxurious Santorini Grace is made up of typical Cycladic white houses carved into the hillside high above the Caldera and is the perfect place from which to watch the island’s famed sunset.
Many of the twenty rooms, of which seven are suites, have their own plunge pool and the minimalist white on white interiors ensure that nothing detracts from the draw dropping views over the Aegean Sea and the Cyclades Islands in the distance.
The two swimming pools have comfy double loungers and there is a poolside bar which serves cocktails and light meals. The main restaurant is a more intimate affair where you can enjoy modern Greek cuisine dining al fresco under the stars or inside where the open plan kitchen means you can watch the chef preparing your meal.
A champagne breakfast is served daily upon request and the hotel’s top notch facilities include a Kinesis TechnoGym and a concierge who can arrange catamaran trips around the island and helicopter charters.
