Mykonos Blu
Set on a low bluff overlooking one of Greece’s most beautiful beaches, Mykonos Blu is a haven for jet-setters and romantics, close enough to the town’s pulsating nightlife, yet secluded enough for ultimate relaxation.
The minimalist white sugar-cube exterior is typical of Cycladic architecture and inside the crisp white and blue décor is part of the hotel’s nautical theme.
The rooms are grouped in clusters around the tropical gardens and the seafront suites and villas have their own pools or Jacuzzis. State of the art Bang & Olufsen gadgets are in every room and the large modern bathrooms feature phototherapy effect showers and polished stone baths.
Aegean Poets, the hotel’s critically acclaimed restaurant, is considered one of the best in the country, specialising in Greek cuisine and seafood, while the more informal poolside brasserie, L’Archipel, is open for lunch and snacks during the day.
Away from the pristine beach and crystal clear waters of the Aegean, there is a sea water infinity pool and a spa offering a large range of treatments and therapies. Activities on offer include sailing boat charters, helicopter tours of the surrounding islands and various different watersports.
