This is a unique chance to spend a weekend skiing at the 1994 Winter Olympics venue. Lillehammer’s winter sporting facilities are amongst the very best in Europe. Original Travel also offers the unique opportunity to learn the finer details of carving skiing with former Olympic silver medallist Ole Kristian Furuseth.

Apart from skiing, those with time can indulge in many other winter sports, including snow safari on skidoos, and ice climbing.

Another exciting and unique activity available in Lillehammer is bobsleighing and skeleton riding under the expert instruction of the GB bobsleigh team and/or the Lillehammer Olympic Park team.

Accommodation is in a choice of two hotels, both located close to the winter sports facilities of Lillehammer. Stay at the Gudbrandsgard Hotel, one of the best alpine hotels in Norway. The hotel is set right on the ski slopes of Kvitfjell, which hosted the men's downhill race at the 1994 Olympics. Alternatively, the Quality Hotel Hunderfossen is conveniently located just a few hundred yards from the Olympic bobsleigh track.
