We offer two fitness holidays; The Mission Fitness Retreat in Spain, and Triathlon Training in France. Both form part of our Expert-Led Journeys; each of which offer an opportunity to experience a place, a people or a natural phenomenon in the company of someone who can bring it even more vividly to life. In short – small groups, big experiences.

The Mission Fitness Retreat

First up, The Mission Fitness Retreat with Andrew and Henrietta O’Donnell which is set in the stunning surroundings of the Sierra Blanca mountains of Andalucia.

The highly regarded retreat has been designed to help clients achieve fitness goals through sports and nutrition rather than gym work.

Guests improve both health and fitness through invigorating outdoor exercise such as hiking, mountain biking, trail running, kickboxing, kettle bells, aqua workouts and yoga flexibility sessions, whilst learning about nutrition for well-rounded results.

What’s more they will also advise on how to stick with the new good habits, plus pre- and post-retreat assessments.

The Triathlon Training Camp

And secondly, The Triathlon Training Camp with John Brame in the beautiful Haut Savoie region of France.

The training camp is aimed at those wanting to improve both their technique and physique. You’re in good hands too; John Brame has both competed for and trained members of the GB triathlete team.

John will help you attain that personal best in some of the most spectacular scenery. Swimming, for instance in Lake Annecy, and cycling passes from the Tour de France route.

Here the group stays in a brand new chalet with comfortable bedrooms, treatment rooms and an endless pool.

John and his team will also provide evaluations and video analysis of technique, along with tips on how to improve your times.
