Travel things I want to do before I die
Spend a few days staying and heli skiing at the brand new Puma Lodge in Chile – watch the gorillas in Uganda.
Best moments
Waking up at the Whitepods and seeing the view from my bed for the first time – reaching Macchu Picchu after a 4 day trek. Sitting on the front of a powerboat, bumping our way to ‘James Bond Island’ and a floating island for lunch, then returning to our fantastic rented villa above the city of Phuket for massages on the balcony overlooking the sea whilst the sun set. The sense of immense satisfaction when looking down from the top after climbing a frozen waterfall above La Paz in Bolivia.
Best avoided
The dreaded – and pretty much sheer – Le Face off-piste run in Val d’Isere at 5pm when the sun has been shining on it all day. It really takes some guts, but the reward of a vin chaud in Bananas bar helps to lift the mood.

David Attenborough as I dream of making wildlife films like his.
